I find this workbook really good, because it was non confronting to me. It contains questions on my goals and asks me to reflect on my feelings, which I do struggle with as it challenges the barrier I feel in between my conscious and subconscious.

That's why I also liked the fact that there are multiple choice questions in it, which gives you the option to explore yourself. It's one of those rare things that forces me to look outside of my subconscious programming and learn more about myself.

To my opinion this workbook is like a Tony Robbins style workshop journey and I would 100% recommend it to anyone, cause it guides you really well and it would work even better under guidance of Iris!
